This was a huge user-centered design project, with the main goals of:
Focus: to offer concise, clear and simple information for patients, doctors, and collaborators.
Objectivity: to effectively identify the multiple buildings and areas of the complex.
Efficiency: to relief the user's anxiety with an assertive communication (through visuals and wayfinding).
It was a rewarding experience where I had the opportunity to manage a young & passionate team of architects, where I was also the project's lead designer. My daily routine involved employing planning, methodology and strategic thinking as time-management measures, and constant communication with suppliers and client.
